Business Development Manager, Morocco

About the role

Headout is hiring a Business Development Manager for its Middle East and North Africa (MENA) team, based in Morocco, ideally in Casablanca or Marrakech. The role reports to the Regional Business Development Lead for MENA, who covers the UAE, Egypt and Morocco. Headout helps people experience the world by connecting travellers with local operators; Morocco is a key expansion market and this is the first Business Development hire based there.

Key responsibilities

• New supply acquisition: identify operators and experiences, open conversations, negotiate commercial terms and get partnerships signed and live.
• Account management and growth: build relationships with existing partners, grow sales and help improve their performance on Headout.
• Operational execution: work with Operations, Product, Tech, Marketing, Customer Experience and other teams to set up partners and resolve issues.
• Market understanding: build knowledge of the local experiences landscape, partner needs and market opportunities.
• Follow-through: keep things moving, flag blockers early and follow up until work is done.

Required profile

• 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, account management or a closely related role.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English; all three languages are mandatory.
• Based in Morocco, ideally Casablanca or Marrakech.
• Experience building partner relationships, negotiating deals and managing commercial relationships.
• Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently while collaborating with a regional team.
