Business Development & Marketing Intern (PFE)

About the role

A leading global automotive company is looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Marketing Intern (PFE). The internship gives hands-on exposure to market analysis, business development, marketing, pricing and operational performance, while contributing to strategic and improvement projects. You will work with different stakeholders to analyse business opportunities, structure recommendations and support their implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Market & business analysis: conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and customer analysis; identify business opportunities and support business cases and recommendations; analyse customer needs, market trends and business performance.
• Marketing & commercial development: support customer segmentation, customer journey and marketing initiatives; contribute to digital communication, content planning and campaign performance analysis; support pricing analysis, including market prices, costs, margins and sales performance.
• Process & performance improvement: map and analyse business processes to find bottlenecks; support the definition and monitoring of KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools; help coordinate projects, follow up implementation and document processes.
• Financial & operational analysis: collect, consolidate and analyse operational and financial data; support cost analysis and cost-reduction initiatives; build practical analysis and monitoring tools in Excel and Power BI.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, good organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
• Fluent professional English and French.
