We are looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence Data Analyst with advanced expertise in Power BI and Tableau. The analyst will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision‑making. Responsibilities include:

• Data Analysis & Visualization: Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to visualize key business metrics.
• Business Intelligence Strategy: Partner with stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver insights that support business objectives (sales, marketing, operations). Perform root‑cause analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Data Management/Modeling: Cleanse, transform, and model large datasets from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs) to ensure accuracy and usability. Implement and enforce data governance best practices. Develop and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
• Tool Expertise: Master advanced features of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dataflows) and Tableau (calculations, LOD expressions, parameterization). Optimize dashboard performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaboration & Communication: Present findings to executives and non‑technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations and storytelling. Train end‑users on BI tools and promote data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Expert‑level proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling) and Tableau (dashboard design, advanced calculations).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and ETL tools (Alteryx, Talend) is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
• Education: Master’s degree in data science, information systems, business analytics, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in business intelligence or data analytics, with a proven portfolio of Power BI and Tableau projects.
