Business Intelligence Manager

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead its Data & AI strategy across the organization. The role will drive data‑driven decision making, advanced analytics, AI adoption and robust data governance to create measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a Data & AI roadmap aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead data governance, data quality, architecture and master data initiatives.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards, reporting solutions and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Identify, prioritize and implement AI and machine‑learning use cases across commercial, operations and customer functions.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of data engineering, analytics and AI projects.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate challenges into analytical solutions.
• Develop and mentor a team of data analysts, engineers and AI specialists.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering or AI‑related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven leadership, project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on analytical expertise.
