Business Manager – Morocco Plant Nutrition

About the role

The Business Manager for Morocco will lead the commercial strategy for Agronutrition’s plant nutrition portfolio, driving revenue growth and margin improvement across the country. Reporting to the Export Sales Director, you will shape market development, manage distribution channels and ensure product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategic directions and commercial policies for plant nutrition products in Morocco.
• Conduct market intelligence on trends, opportunities and risks, and monitor competitive activity.
• Set qualitative and quantitative objectives per product and country based on analysis.
• Deliver financial targets and optimise gross margins.
• Reference, partner with and manage the distribution network (dealers, wholesalers, retailers).
• Initiate corrective actions when market conditions require adjustments.
• Plan and manage product supply to ensure continuity.
• Collaborate with headquarters to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑10 years proven experience in sales of plant nutrition, biosolutions or bio‑fertilisers in Morocco.
• Fluent in French or English and Arabic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Natural sales leader with an entrepreneurial, customer‑focused mindset.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
