Business Operations Analyst – Product Catalogue

About the role

Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to manage and maintain its EMEA product catalogue. You will ensure vendor product data is accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date while supporting cross‑functional teams across operations, sales, finance, and IT.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and keep current vendor catalogues and price lists.
• Classify items by segmentation, product line, and granularity.
• Align workload with financial calendars and vendor closing periods.
• Enrich item records with logistic details such as weight and size.
• Perform gap analysis for new releases and platform improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, Business Analysts, and IT on compliance and legal topics.
• Prepare, analyze, and monitor data quality reports.
• Maintain profitable vendor relationships and support internal inquiries.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree with 1–2 years of related experience, or a two‑year degree with equivalent experience.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical mindset and high ownership of tasks.
• Proactive communication and a can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
