Business Strategy Analyst

About the role

Holafly is looking for a Business Strategy Analyst to partner with the leadership team, turning ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and actionable recommendations. This role sits at the crossroads of corporate strategy, business analytics, and cross‑functional execution, helping shape growth, competition, and resource allocation across a fast‑growing travel‑tech business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end strategic projects, from problem framing to hypothesis‑driven analysis and recommendation development for senior leadership.
• Build business cases and financial models to support investment and resource‑allocation decisions.
• Conduct market, competitive, and internal performance analyses to uncover growth opportunities and risks.
• Design strategic frameworks tailored to Holafly’s specific business questions.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Marketing, Operations and other functions to translate strategic recommendations into execution plans.
• Prepare and deliver concise decks and memos for C‑level and board audiences.
• Track strategic initiatives post‑launch to ensure measurable impact.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in strategy consulting at a tier‑1 firm or equivalent corporate strategy/investment experience in a high‑growth company.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex analysis into executive‑ready narratives.
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and driving cross‑functional alignment.
• Comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast‑paced scale‑up environment.
• Fluent English.
