Business Transformation Analyst – EMEA

About the role

Arrow ECS is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to bridge the IT department with internal business units, external customers, and suppliers across the EMEA region. You will focus on implementing and maintaining ERP and CRM solutions, primarily Microsoft Dynamics AX and Salesforce, to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain continuous assessment of operational processes in the EMEA region.
• Perform ongoing analysis of business needs to optimize processes.
• Act as the single point of contact for functional requirements.
• Manage review and validation of functional specification documents.
• Coordinate and manage user acceptance testing for ERP/CRM solutions.
• Monitor processes, drive continuous improvement, and analyze ROI metrics.
• Provide on‑site support for end‑to‑end testing during ERP implementation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics Navision.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Supply‑chain background with experience in EDI or APIs.
