Business Transformation Analyst

About the role

Join Arrow ECS's Business Transformation team to implement and customize core applications such as CPQ, Salesforce and ERP across the EMEA region. You will work with internal and external stakeholders from multiple countries to enhance CPQ tool implementation and ensure high‑quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements through workshops and process analysis.
• Translate requirements into BRDs, review FDDs, and collaborate with IT on solution design.
• Define, manage and coordinate UAT and E2E testing, including defect management and business sign‑off.
• Support deployment, go‑live, training and post‑go‑live activities.
• Build strong relationships with EMEA business and IT stakeholders and proactively identify and resolve issues.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Transformation or IT delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with CPQ, CRM, ERP, Salesforce or similar enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process analysis, functional documentation, UAT and E2E testing.
• Knowledge of BPMN, Visio, ARIS or similar process‑modelling tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics suite, Navision, Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
