CAD Designer – Mechanical Parts (Rabat)

About the role

We are looking for a CAD Designer to create and develop 3D models of mechanical parts for the automotive industry at our Rabat office.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop 3D models of sheet metal, plastic, and cast components, and create/update 2D drawings following ISO standards.
• Perform tolerance stack‑up calculations, verify assembly gaps, and conduct feasibility studies up to the Release Order phase.
• Release documentation in PLM tools (e.g., 3DCOM) and analyse supplier feedback to ensure compliance.
• Monitor workload, adhere to quality processes and deadlines, and contribute to cross‑functional technical reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 1‑3 years of experience designing interior/exterior automotive parts, especially plastic components.
• Good knowledge of automotive industry standards and part manufacturing criteria.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CATIA (3D/2D), Siemens NX, and related CAD tools.
• Experience with PLM/Enovia, Teamcenter, or similar product lifecycle management systems.
• Knowledge of injection‑moulding design, ASME dimensioning, and tolerance analysis.
• Fluent English.
