Cadre Financier – Trésorerie et Reporting

About the role

The Group seeks a Finance Officer to manage treasury operations, financial analysis and reporting for its Fes‑Meknes subsidiary. You will support the public‑sector mission of delivering housing and territorial development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor cash flows and manage payment orders and fund availability.
• Maintain bank reconciliations, resolve suspensions and ensure compliance with supplier payment terms.
• Track loan agreements, financing disbursements and treasury budget.
• Prepare periodic financial reports, dashboards and cash‑budget forecasts.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking and resource allocation for the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum BAC+3) in Financial Management or Accounting.
• First professional experience in accounting, finance or management control is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate if needed.
