Capacity Planning Analyst

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is looking for a Capacity Planning Analyst to lead demand planning and operational coordination for vehicle flow across the MEA region. You will help achieve regional targets by creating strategic action plans and monitoring performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead demand planning and coordinate operational activities to optimise vehicle flow.
• Prepare and monitor mid‑term (M+4) logistics tactical plans in collaboration with service providers.
• Review and align logistics plans with purchasing and other stakeholders.
• Produce monthly logistics reports and centralise data for decision‑making.
• Interact regularly with purchasing teams and logistics providers to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in industrial engineering or logistics.
• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics, capacity planning or related fields.
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and logistics operations.
