Captain Waiter – Fine Dining Service Leader

About the role

Little Krazy is seeking an experienced and guest‑focused Captain Waiter to lead a designated service section in its whimsical fine‑dining setting. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless, personalised dining experience from arrival to departure while coordinating closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised table service in line with restaurant standards.
• Manage a specific dining section, overseeing smooth and efficient service throughout each shift.
• Welcome guests, introduce yourself, and create an engaging atmosphere.
• Present the menu confidently, explaining dishes, ingredients, preparation methods and daily specials.
• Provide expert recommendations, accommodate dietary requirements and upsell premium items.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely, accurate order delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs and resolve concerns promptly.
• Lead, mentor and support waiters and food runners within your section.
• Assist in training and coaching junior front‑of‑house staff.
• Maintain table settings, reset areas, and process guest bills efficiently.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience as a Captain Waiter, Senior Waiter or equivalent in a premium restaurant, luxury hotel or fine‑dining venue.
• Warm, engaging and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
