CFS & NTM Planning Associate

About the role

JTI is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Planning Associate to ensure the timely availability of CFS and NTM raw materials for production in Tetouan, Morocco. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to keep supply aligned with demand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and adjust material supply plans based on production demand, inventory targets, supplier lead times and constraints.
• Coordinate with Procurement, suppliers and Logistics to track deliveries, monitor supplier performance and mitigate inventory risks.
• Collaborate with Production Planning, Warehouse, Quality and Production teams to align material availability with production schedules.
• Support New Product Development projects by planning material readiness for launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate planning master data in SAP and produce reports, KPI dashboards and inventory analyses.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in material, supply or production planning, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP MRP and material‑planning processes is an advantage.
