Channel Manager – Micro‑grid (Morocco)

About the role

We are looking for a Channel Manager to lead the development of our micro‑grid and home‑energy solutions in Morocco. You will design, build and manage a high‑performance sales‑channel network of distributors, system integrators, installers and strategic partners to achieve regional revenue and profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional channel‑growth strategy, map the channel landscape and secure strategic alliances with large installers, PV integrators, ESCOs and electricity retailers.
• Source, qualify, negotiate and contract new partners, expanding both the width and depth of coverage.
• Act as the primary contact for partners, delivering product, technical and sales training, and coordinating localized marketing campaigns and incentive programmes.
• Own regional revenue, market‑share and profit objectives, manage the sales pipeline, produce forecasts and review partner KPIs.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor moves and customer feedback, and relay insights to HQ product, marketing and solutions teams.
• Explore virtual‑power‑plant initiatives and build cooperation with grid operators, aggregators and other key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Photovoltaic, Energy Storage, Electrical Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 8 + years of B2B sales or channel‑management experience in residential PV, battery storage, EV‑charging or adjacent home‑energy segments, with a proven track record of building a channel from scratch to scale.
• Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid Moroccan driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently across the territory.
