Chargé d’Affaires Financements Structurés

About the role

Reporting to the Director, the Senior Structured Finance Officer will develop and execute structured financing solutions for corporate clients, ensuring timely processing while carefully assessing project risk.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings, consortium discussions and other origination activities.
• Prepare and review pitch books, information memoranda and term sheets.
• Critically review due‑diligence reports (market, financial, technical, legal, tax, ESG) and manage related Q&A sessions.
• Analyze and stress‑test financial models, develop prudent and adverse scenarios.
• Structure and execute structured finance transactions, identifying and allocating project risks.
• Prepare credit notes and memoranda to obtain credit approvals.
• Coordinate actions of internal teams (Engagement, Coverage, Middle‑office, Back‑office) and external advisors (technical, legal, tax, ESG, insurance, model auditors).
• Monitor the portfolio of transactions through implementation and post‑closing phases.
• Ensure strict compliance with group procedures throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Conduct economic monitoring to identify new investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a leading business school, engineering school or university.
• 4–8 years of experience in structured finance, corporate finance or transaction services within a bank, investment bank or audit firm.
• Advanced ability to manage transaction execution and handle multiple major projects simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of the Moroccan economic environment.
• Understanding of financing, corporate finance and relevant legal frameworks.
