About the role
The position is based in Casablanca and reports to senior management within BMCE Capital Conseil’s M&A advisory team. It focuses on delivering high‑quality transaction work, managing client relationships and ensuring risk is properly identified and escalated.
Key responsibilities
- Execute transaction work plans agreed with management.
- Produce accurate, high‑quality deliverables for advisory assignments.
- Represent the team professionally in client interactions, presentations and internal work.
- Identify, manage and escalate transaction risks during assignments.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of professional experience in investment banking or advisory.
- Graduate of a leading business school abroad.
- Strong sector and financial‑analysis capabilities.
- Active competitive‑intelligence skills and strategic judgement.
- Proficiency in financial modelling.
