Chargé d'Affaires PME – CAF Tanger

About the role

The SME Business Officer will be based in the Tanger Business Center (CAF) and will report directly to the Center Director. The role focuses on developing and managing a portfolio of small‑and‑medium‑enterprise clients, providing them with comprehensive banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the SME client portfolio within the assigned territory by continuously building and updating a prospect database.
• Conduct a minimum of three prospect visits per week to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of each client’s needs, credit lines, and usage of banking products.
• Provide advisory services on placements, investments, financing, cash‑flow management, international trade, and other banking products.
• Ensure high‑quality service delivery, negotiate pricing, and manage profitability of client operations.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance and risk indicators to the CAF Director.

Required profile

• University degree equivalent to BAC+3 or higher (BAC+4, BAC+5 acceptable).
• Strong understanding of SME banking needs and financial products.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with the CAF management team.
