Chargé de Clientèle – Marrakech et Régions

About the role

Reporting to the Branch Director, you will be responsible for advising, retaining and developing a portfolio of clients in Marrakech and surrounding regions. You will continuously propose and sell the full range of banking products and services while ensuring risk prevention.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized financial advice to existing and prospective clients.
• Promote and sell the bank’s complete portfolio of products and services.
• Plan, monitor and adjust commercial activities to meet individual and global targets.
• Identify, assess and mitigate potential risks associated with client operations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Required profile

• Master’s level education (Bac+5) in Commerce, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar client‑relationship or sales role within banking.
• Strong commercial sense, excellent written communication, active listening and persuasive argumentation.
• High level of rigor, organization and ability to work effectively in a team.
