About the role

Join the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion as a Mandate Management Officer. You will be responsible for overseeing the external management mandate of CDG’s own investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the external management mandate of CDG’s portfolio.
• Contribute to the development and updating of the mandate’s governance framework.
• Define performance objectives in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in shaping the investment strategy together with governing bodies.
• Analyze market operation requests from the external manager and ensure they comply with the established framework before submission for approval.
• Ensure adherence to strategic orientations, investment constraints, and mandate provisions.
• Support steering and investment committees by preparing meeting materials and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Experience in portfolio management, investment oversight, or similar financial roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
