Chargé RH – Gestion du personnel et paie

About the role

The HR Officer will support the daily administration of personnel, payroll and social declarations while helping to implement the group’s HR strategy. This position acts as a close liaison for employees and contributes to recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage administrative records and personnel files.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate social security declarations.
• Implement the group’s HR strategy at the operational level.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor law and regulatory obligations.
• Participate in recruitment, selection and integration of new hires.
• Serve as a local point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong relational and listening abilities.
• Rigorous, autonomous, well‑organized and discreet.
• Respect for confidentiality.

Required skills

• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HRIS tools (desired).
