Chargé RH

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will support the Group's HR strategy in Fez, ensuring smooth administration of personnel matters and compliance with Moroccan labor law. You will act as a trusted point of contact for employees and help drive the recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor employee records and personnel files.
• Process payroll and handle social security declarations.
• Implement the Group's HR strategy on an operational level.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations in labor law.
• Support recruitment, selection and integration of new hires.
• Serve as a close liaison for staff, addressing queries and fostering a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR position.
• Strong relational and listening abilities.
• High level of rigor, autonomy and organizational skills.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Pack Office).
• Familiarity with HRIS (SIRH) tools is preferred.
