Chargé(e) de Communication et Accompagnement au Changement IT

About the role

The Communication & Change Management Officer for IT will translate complex technical topics into clear messages for non‑technical audiences and drive adoption of new tools and processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Produce technical communication materials such as newsletters, FAQs, presentations, and information notes.
• Coordinate sensitive project communications and present updates to steering committees.
• Design and implement change‑management plans for IT projects, including impact analyses and stakeholder mapping.
• Create training assets (workshops, user guides, awareness sessions) and measure adoption through surveys and usage indicators.
• Act as liaison between technical teams, business units, and senior management, facilitating project follow‑up meetings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in communication, project management, engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a regulated sector such as banking or finance.
• Professional proficiency in French and English; Arabic useful depending on context.
• Strong ability to simplify technical information without losing meaning.

Required skills

• Change‑management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci).
• Project management fundamentals.
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite.
• Visual creation tools (Canva, advanced PowerPoint).
• Collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Confluence).
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and KPI tracking.
