À propos du poste
Intégrez l'équipe de l'agence CIH BANK à Sidi Slimane en tant que chargé(e) de compte. Vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié de la clientèle en agence, garantissant un service de qualité et sécurisé.
Missions principales
- Assurer un accueil courtois et professionnel des clients en agence.
- Garantir la rapidité et la fiabilité des opérations de guichet et d'arrière-guichet.
- Fournir des informations précises en réponse aux demandes des clients.
- Contribuer à la qualité du service client grâce à un accueil exemplaire.
- Optimiser l'action commerciale dans le traitement des opérations.
- Maîtriser le risque lié aux opérations bancaires.
Profil recherché
- Formation BAC+3.
- Orientation client et aisance relationnelle.
- Communication efficace, rigueur et organisation.
- Proximité avec la clientèle.
