About the role
The Account Officer (MARTIL) will work within a CIH Bank branch to provide professional, courteous service to clients visiting the agency. This position ensures that all front‑office and back‑office banking operations are performed quickly, accurately, and in compliance with risk standards.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Execute teller and back‑office transactions efficiently and reliably.
- Provide accurate information in response to client inquiries.
- Contribute to high‑quality customer service through attentive reception.
- Drive commercial effectiveness in handling banking operations.
- Manage operational risk associated with banking transactions.
Required profile
- Minimum education: BAC+3.
- Strong client orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of rigor and organization.
- Ability to maintain close proximity to client needs.
