About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our IT and engineering consulting division in Casablanca. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while strengthening Viveris’ employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all stages of recruitment for future collaborators, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and integration.
• Develop and promote Viveris’ employer brand on social media and internal communications in collaboration with Marketing.
• Participate in the recruiter community, contributing to continuous improvement of processes, methods, and tools.
• Engage with schools and professional networks to attract new talent.

Required profile

• Master’s level (Bac+5) education from a business school or university.
• Successful first experience in recruitment, preferably within an IT services firm or consulting company.
• Strong interest in prospecting and end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Ability to propose, negotiate, and close hiring decisions.
