About the role

The HR Officer will manage administrative personnel processes, oversee payroll and social declarations, and support the implementation of the group’s HR strategy. This position acts as a close liaison for employees, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and contributing to recruitment and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor personnel records and administrative procedures.
• Handle payroll processing and related social security declarations.
• Implement the operational aspects of the company’s HR strategy.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory labor requirements.
• Support recruitment activities and facilitate the integration of new hires.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• High level of rigor, autonomy, and organizational ability.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools.
