Chargé(e) RH – Gestion du personnel et paie

About the role

The company seeks a dedicated HR Officer to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to payroll, ensuring compliance with Moroccan labour law. You will act as a close liaison for staff, supporting daily HR operations in a fast‑growing retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer personnel records and oversee the complete payroll process, including social declarations.
• Implement the group’s HR strategy on the ground and monitor legal compliance.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new hires.
• Provide first‑line support to employees, addressing queries and fostering a positive workplace.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate HR data management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar HR position.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with a high degree of discretion.
• Rigorous, autonomous, and well‑organized.

Required skills

• Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools.
