About the role

This full-time, on‑site Chef de Rang position is based at Villa Sahrai, a 5‑star boutique hotel in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. You will manage a designated restaurant section, ensuring a refined, guest‑centered dining experience that meets luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, present menus, take orders and coordinate service with the kitchen and bar.
  • Oversee table settings, monitor guest satisfaction, handle special requests and manage billing accurately.
  • Support training and guidance of commis and other service team members.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and quality throughout service.

Required profile

  • Strong fine‑dining service skills with experience in upscale or luxury hotel restaurants.
  • Fluency in French and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Professional appearance, reliability and a service‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of food, wine and beverage pairings.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams.
