Chef de Secteur Commercial – Area Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Area Sales Manager to grow sales, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth across an assigned territory. The successful candidate will implement commercial strategies, achieve volume and margin targets, and act as a key liaison between the market and our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the commercial strategy and sales action plans within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and key market stakeholders.
• Achieve sales volume, pricing, and margin objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote the company's products and solutions.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on major projects and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Monitor customer receivables and coordinate with the Credit Control team when necessary.
• Prepare sales forecasts and support budget planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical business practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of market analysis and sales performance management.
• Experience in the construction materials or industrial sector is an asset.
• Fluent in Arabic and French; English is a plus.
