About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across an assigned territory, building strong customer relationships and delivering on sales, pricing and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the commercial strategy and sales action plans within the territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects and key market stakeholders.
• Achieve sales volume, pricing and margin objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote the company’s products and solutions.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on major projects and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Monitor customer receivables and coordinate with the Credit Control team when necessary.
• Prepare sales forecasts and support budget planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and ethical business practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management abilities.
• Good understanding of market analysis and sales performance management.
• Experience in the construction materials or industrial sector is an asset.
• Fluent in Arabic and French; English is a plus.
