About the role

The Authority of the Moroccan Capital Market (AMMC) is seeking an internal candidate to lead its Sustainable Finance Service in Rabat. Reporting to the Head of Sustainable Finance and Accounting, the role focuses on developing and implementing the AMMC’s sustainable finance strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the sustainable finance offering in line with AMMC’s strategic directions.
• Design and propose action plans covering governance, regulatory development, operations, and financial instruments.
• Oversee the verification of issuers’ extra‑financial disclosures and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Design and deliver capacity‑building initiatives for the ecosystem and contribute to related studies.
• Participate in the preparation of notes and regulatory memoranda (RMQ).
• Set team priorities and objectives according to the department’s strategic goals.
• Organise, supervise and support the work of team members.

Required profile

• University degree (Bac+4/5) from a recognized higher‑education institution.
• Minimum four years of successful experience within AMMC.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of AMMC’s activities, regulatory framework and market products.
• Proficiency with extra‑financial analysis tools.
• Competence in office software and database management tools.
• Fluent in French and business‑level English.
