About the role

The position reports to the Market Direction and is responsible for driving the growth of the company's retail network by leading the prospecting and acquisition of new store locations. The role combines strategic planning, financial and technical feasibility analysis, and negotiation with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, analyse and negotiate the acquisition or lease of new real‑estate sites to expand the company’s store network.
• Assess technical, administrative and financial feasibility of each project.
• Design and implement prospecting plans (field and commercial real estate) aligned with corporate strategy.
• Build and maintain a network of business introducers and investors.
• Collect and evaluate technical, financial and legal feasibility studies for acquisition or leasing projects.
• Negotiate with owners, developers and other parties, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets.
• Oversee the administrative dossier of each proposal and coordinate with notaries, urban planners and other professionals.
• Recruit, coach, evaluate and develop the prospecting team, guaranteeing workload balance and skill growth.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial prospecting and field development.
• Strong commercial and financial analysis capabilities.
• Good knowledge of public and private actors in the real‑estate sector.
• Clear vision of market development, competition and growth opportunities.
• Result‑oriented with strong relational, communication and organisational skills.
