About the role
The chocolate manufacturing company in Casablanca is seeking a Production Team Leader to supervise staff, organize production activities and ensure that quality, safety and delivery targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate and lead a production team.
- Organize and plan daily production activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety standards and production deadlines.
- Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous‑improvement actions.
- Train and support new collaborators.
- Maintain effective communication between the production floor and management.
Required profile
- Professional baccalaureate, BTS/DUT or equivalent in industrial production, maintenance, logistics or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food‑processing sector.
- Experience in team management is valued.
- Strong organizational sense and leadership abilities.
- Capacity to make decisions and manage priorities.
- Good knowledge of safety and quality regulations.
