Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Financial Services

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial function for our Financial Services division in Morocco. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, the CFO is responsible for shaping financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk across the business.
• Collaborate with other senior executives to set and achieve business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Maintain relationships with banks, institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial services, preferably at senior leadership level.
• Proven track record of strategic financial planning and performance improvement.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with executives, boards, and external partners.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and accounting standards.
• Ability to develop and execute financial strategies.
