Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

The Group is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function from Casablanca. Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Committee, the CFO will partner on growth, investment and international expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accounting and consolidation across all entities, ensuring a fast and reliable monthly close and managing auditor relationships.
• Design and operate performance management systems, including budgets, forecasts, site‑level P&L, KPIs and monthly reporting to the Executive Committee and shareholders.
• Manage treasury, liquidity and working capital; structure and negotiate bank financing for the multi‑year investment programme.
• Ensure tax and legal compliance in Morocco and abroad, strengthening internal control and risk management.
• Build business cases and financial models for new sites and international openings, establishing financial, legal and tax frameworks for foreign entities.
• Prepare and execute partnerships, acquisitions or capital operations, handling valuation, due diligence, negotiation support and integration.
• Lead deployment of finance systems (ERP, reporting, BI) and recruit, structure and develop the finance team at group and site levels.

Required profile

• Graduate of a leading business or engineering school (French grandes écoles or equivalent) or chartered accountant (ACCA, CPA).
• At least 12 years of finance experience, including 5+ years in a CFO, Deputy CFO or Finance Director role within a multi‑entity group.
• Background in a Big Four firm, investment banking or private equity is a strong asset.
• International experience, having worked outside Morocco or structured financing for operations in a new country.
• Proven track record of building or rebuilding a finance function during rapid growth or transformation.
