Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Regional Finance Lead

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, hands‑on Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance function across North Africa. Based in Casablanca, the CFO will join the Executive Leadership Team and shape financial strategy, governance and growth for a multinational organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Advise the CEO and senior leadership on financial and commercial matters.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long‑term planning and performance management.
• Oversee reporting, accounting, treasury, tax and compliance functions.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and financial risk.
• Develop financial models and business cases for growth initiatives.
• Implement internal controls, governance frameworks and risk‑management practices.
• Drive operational efficiency through data‑driven decision‑making.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities and other external partners.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing regional finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO, Finance Director or equivalent executive role.
• Proven track record managing multi‑country operations and complex business environments.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, corporate finance, treasury, tax, compliance and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence strategic decisions and drive transformation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English and French; Arabic is a strong advantage.
