Client Success Manager

About the role

Worldpay is seeking a Client Success Manager to join its Enterprise Operations team. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with large enterprise clients and ensuring their satisfaction with Worldpay’s payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and consistent relationship with an assigned portfolio of large enterprise clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for problem resolution and client retention.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients and internal Worldpay resources.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to improve internal processes for the benefit of customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow client share of wallet through cross‑selling value‑added services.
• Coordinate with relationship managers and other areas to ensure operational arrangements are in place for assigned accounts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–4 years of experience in client support or customer success.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Broad knowledge of Worldpay products and related services.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving aptitude.
• Prior banking or finance experience is a plus.
