Clinical Affiliate – Short‑Term Counseling (Morocco)

About the role

LyraLyra Clinical Associates is seeking qualified mental‑health professionals in Morocco to join its provider network as Independent Affiliates. You will deliver short‑term, goal‑oriented counseling to employees and their dependents of Lyra’s global corporate clients, working on a flexible contractual basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑to‑8 session counseling interventions for stress, burnout, grief, relationship issues, mild‑to‑moderate anxiety and depression.
• Accept case referrals through Lyra’s secure digital platform and manage scheduling, documentation, and compliance.
• Adapt evidence‑based therapeutic approaches to the cultural and workplace context of Moroccan clients.
• Maintain professional autonomy over caseload, hours, and case volume while utilizing Lyra’s clinical tools and administrative support.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Clinical Social Work.
• Minimum three years of post‑qualification clinical experience.
• Registered with the Moroccan governing body as a psychologist, counsellor or clinical social worker.
• Experience delivering brief therapy or working within Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
• Secure private space with high‑speed internet for tele‑health video sessions.
