Clinical Application Specialist – Ultrasound

About the role

The Clinical Application Specialist – Ultrasound will lead training, support, and relationship management for ultrasound products across a defined region. You will act as the technical bridge between customers, reference hospitals, and internal sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute training plans for ultrasound clinical applications.
• Identify and resolve customers' clinical issues, enhancing satisfaction and fostering long‑term relationships.
• Gather feedback and high‑quality clinical cases to support sales and new product development.
• Build and maintain a network of regional experts and support scientific research initiatives.
• Manage reference hospital relationships, including visits and demonstrations.
• Provide pre‑sales and after‑sales product demonstrations, and assist in organizing promotions and exhibitions.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medical imaging diagnosis, medical imaging technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years as a radiographer/radiologist or 3+ years as an application specialist in a specific imaging modality.
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
• Excellent teamwork, customer‑service focus, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel frequently and strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

Required skills

• Ultrasound imaging system operation and clinical application.
• Magnetic Resonance (MR) imaging product knowledge.
• Image post‑processing software proficiency.
• Familiarity with equipment from manufacturers such as GE, Philips, and Siemens.
• Basic knowledge of clinical medicine and imaging diagnosis.
