Clinical Support Specialist

About the role

The Clinical Support Specialist will join a leading medical device company operating in Morocco. The role focuses on supporting the sales team, delivering product demonstrations, and providing clinical training to healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily coordination and administrative tasks to ensure smooth commercial operations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clinical training sessions for clinicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
• Oversee product installations and manage the onboarding process for new clients.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues to drive performance and help achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and clinics.
• Liaise with internal departments to guarantee timely delivery and consistent service support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical device or broader healthcare industry.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities, capable of engaging professional audiences.
• Proven experience training clinicians and delivering effective product demonstrations.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Morocco.
