Cloud Solution Architect – Windows365/EndPoint

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect specialized in Windows 365 and Endpoint solutions. In this customer‑facing position you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through AI‑driven transformation and ensuring successful adoption of Microsoft endpoint technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business value through AI transformation by translating customer challenges into high‑ROI solutions.
• Lead architectural design and engage business and technical decision‑makers to secure long‑term usage of Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop and Intune.
• Partner with sales and technical teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
• Participate in community forums, contribute to intellectual property, and accelerate customers’ AI and cloud journeys.
• Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and success stories to shape internal strategy.
• Continuously self‑learn in endpoint management, virtualization, AI integration, and change management.
• Maintain technical readiness aligned with Customer Success Unit priorities and corporate initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role relevant to this position.
• Technical certifications such as Azure Architecture and Administration, Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administration, or Virtualization Technologies.
• Deep expertise in Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Intune, MECM, and large‑scale migrations from MECM to Intune.
• Proven hands‑on experience leading technical projects at enterprise scale.
