CMR & Plate Registration Coordinator

About the role

eCarsTrade is a digital car marketplace that connects professional buyers with fleet owners, leasing companies, banks and dealers across more than 40 countries. We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented CMR & Plate Registration Coordinator to own the live review of CMRs and vehicle plate registrations submitted by our external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Perform real‑time reviews of CMRs and plate registrations received from external partners.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all submitted information before processing.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly to avoid operational delays.
• Communicate with external partners to request corrections or additional data when needed.
• Monitor recurring errors, detect patterns, and propose improvements.
• Escalate repeated issues to the Team Leader and keep internal teams informed.

Required profile

• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong ownership.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage follow‑up tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination.
• Flexibility to work within agreed hours (Monday‑Friday, 9‑18).
