Commercial Diver – Subsea Installation

About the role

Archirodon Group N.V, a leading international EPC contractor, is expanding its diving team in the North Africa region. We are looking for experienced IMCA‑certified commercial divers to carry out subsea installation tasks on complex offshore projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install concrete mattresses, blocks and other subsea components according to engineering specifications.
• Operate and assist with lifting gear, hydraulic tools and rigging equipment for precise placement.
• Conduct pre‑dive safety checks, follow dive plans and report post‑dive activities.
• Perform underwater surveys, capture video/photo documentation and report any anomalies.
• Coordinate with surface support teams and ROV operators, maintaining accurate dive logs.

Required profile

• Valid commercial diving certification (any recognized commercial diamond certificate) and medical fitness clearance.
• Proven experience in surface‑supplied diving and subsea pipeline works.
• Practical experience with subsea mattress installation and related offshore construction.
• Good spoken English to communicate effectively on site.

Required skills

• Operation of lifting gear, hydraulic tools and rigging equipment.
• Underwater surveying and documentation (video/photo capture).
• Coordination with surface support and ROV teams.
• Adherence to dive safety procedures and reporting.
