Commercial Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Commercial Operations Coordinator supports the commercial teams of a fast‑growing international organisation. The role ensures smooth execution of commercial processes through accurate documentation, administrative coordination and cross‑functional project support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the processing of commercial documentation and contractual files, ensuring completeness and compliance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in internal systems and track the progress of administrative actions.
• Support the preparation, distribution and filing of commercial documents, both digital and physical.
• Monitor document circulation, enforce internal procedures and contribute to process improvement.
• Assist the commercial team with meeting preparation, presentations, reports and business documentation.
• Track action plans, follow up on project deliverables and provide administrative support for cross‑functional initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between commercial teams and support functions to facilitate effective communication.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales administration, commercial operations, business support or a similar coordination role.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced commercial or operational environment.
• Familiarity with administrative processes and document management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word.
