Commodity Quality Leader - Automotive Diagnostic Specialist

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is seeking a Commodity Quality Leader – Automotive Diagnostic Specialist to support vehicle assembly projects in its manufacturing plants. The role focuses on ensuring quality during the launch and serial production phases, performing failure analysis and driving corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with assembly teams during vehicle build‑up and launch phases.
• Conduct daily morning/evening vehicle “obeyas” (failure analysis) and propose containment actions.
• Draft, cost, and follow up on palliative measures, ensuring proper implementation.
• Work with the Engineering Core Team to develop final solutions for identified quality issues.
• Manage PPAP grid documentation and support the transition to serial production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, Electrical or Control Systems Engineering.
• Minimum three years of experience in the automotive sector, preferably with electric/electronic systems in product development, manufacturing or quality.
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to global executive teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Practical knowledge of automotive quality tools and continuous improvement methods.
