Commodity Quality Leader – Automotive Diagnostics

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is seeking a Commodity Quality Leader to support vehicle assembly and launch activities in its automotive projects. The role focuses on ensuring product quality during the diagnostic phase, driving corrective actions, and collaborating with global engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate collaborative activities on the vehicle assembly line.
• Reinforce the team during the plant launch phase.
• Support daily vehicle failure analysis (morning/evening "obeyas").
• Draft, cost, and monitor implementation of palliative and containment actions.
• Work with the ENG Core Team to propose final solutions for quality issues.
• Manage PPAP grid and oversee transfer to serial production.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Embedded Systems, Mechatronic, Electrical or Control Systems Engineering.
• Minimum five years of automotive experience with EE systems in product development, manufacturing or quality.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to global executive teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands‑on knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Experience with PPAP processes.
