Commodity Quality Leader

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is seeking a Commodity Quality Leader to support vehicle assembly projects across its plants. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality standards during launch and serial production phases.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with assembly teams during vehicle build‑up and launch phases.
• Conduct daily failure analysis (morning/evening vehicle obeyas) and propose corrective actions.
• Draft, cost, and monitor implementation of palliative and containment actions, ensuring proper execution.
• Work with the Engineering Core Team to develop final solutions for quality issues.
• Manage PPAP grid documentation and support transfer to serial production.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, Electrical or Control Systems Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive experience with electrical/electronic systems in product development, manufacturing or quality.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to present to global executive teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with automotive quality tools and methods (e.g., PPAP, failure analysis, containment actions).
• Hands‑on experience with automotive EE systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
