About the role
We are looking for a proactive Complement Desk Agent who speaks Dutch at a native level to join our office in Tangier. In this position you will be the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring fast and accurate responses while coordinating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client requests and inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
- Monitor desk operations to ensure efficiency and timely service.
- Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their requests.
- Support continuous process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Required profile
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch.
- Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure.
- Problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude.
