Compliance Manager

About the role

Allianz Services is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to provide local entity coverage and lead the design, implementation and management of a specific global compliance topic across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a global compliance topic in line with internal policies, standards and the compliance manual.
• Contribute to the periodic updating of internal compliance rules and procedures to align with current laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Facilitate sharing of best practices across the organisation and leverage digital solutions for compliance.
• Act as the primary contact for the dedicated global compliance topic, advising local and global management.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (Law, Finance, Economics or similar) and/or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs or a related governance function, preferably in an international organisation.
• Strong judgement, communication skills and ability to explain complex issues to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in matrixed, international environments and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Analytical thinking, negotiation and conflict‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with digital compliance tools and emerging compliance risks.
